Review: Indus Valley Hair Ultima Spa

Hi Guys! I hope you all are doing good..

Today I am going to review another product by Indus Valley and it is their Hair Ultima Spa. I have also reviewed Indus Valley Hair Eaze Spa and Indus Valley Bio Organic Rose Petals Powder, so don’t forget to check them out.

This hair spa cream looks quite identical to Hair Eaze Spa but is basically a more intense formula meant for people facing extreme hair problems and damage. If you are interested in knowing what I feel about the product and whether it is worth buying or not, then please keep on reading this post till the end.

The packaging of this product is very basic, yet sturdy and mess proof. It comes in a clear plastic jar with a golden, metallic screw lid which is convenient in two ways, i.e. you can see the quantity left and it is breakage proof. It neither comes with an inner airtight lid nor has any sort of foil inside but everything is still mess proof because of the consistency of the product.

Although I don’t like jar packaging much, because it is unhygienic to a great extent, I have no big issues with this one because I always use spatulas for hair creams. It would have been better though if the product is packed in a silicone tube in the next batch. I hope the brand listens to me and takes this as a positive suggestion.

Mild, Identical to Neem+Basil (Little Herbacious)

Texture and Consistency:

This off white cream has a rich texture and a very balm like, thick consistency.

My Experience:

I have thin-fine, straight and silky hair. I usually take good care of my hair but there are days when I am either too busy or too lazy. A few days of neglecting often cause me huge trouble and this is when I look for products that are meant to work deeply on every single strand of the hair.

For normal days when the hair needs just the right amount of care and pampering, Hair Eaze Spa is a good choice for me but as I mentioned, when I want extra pampering, this is the one what I opt for. My mother hardly takes care of her hair due to her busy schedule and Indian mommy routine, so whatever is done on her hair weekly to restore all the damage is done by me. I may not use this spa cream very often but it is regularly being used upon my mom by me.

Now that we are sure of how it works, I am here with my detailed review. Starting off with the smell of the product, it is quite herbaceous but I enjoy it. The smell is pretty good and does not bother my sensitive nose at all. A very little quantity is required per use which saves a lot of product.

The consistency of this cream is thick but it literally melts like butter as I rub it in between my palms. You can easily call it a light weight cream with a balm like texture to it. After using it on a regular basis, me and my mum have noticed a big difference in the texture of our hair.

It has made our hair look much shinier, softer and manageable. Whenever my hair looks little dry or lifeless, I apply it just as directed and love to instantly get repaired and healthy hair back. It provides required hydration to hair and brings them back to life

My mother’s tremendous hair fall has notably stopped and we can see a huge difference that her hair follicles are now strengthened. It repairs fairly damaged hair within two applications but for extremely damaged hair, I think four applications would be more than enough. This cream does not irritate the scalp in any way and soothes it instead.

Pros of Indus Valley Hair Ultima Spa:

*Paraben free
*Long shelf life
*Often available on huge discounts online
*Treats hair fall issues
*Controls hair breakage
*Doesn’t irritate scalp
*Restores hair health
*Tames down hair frizz
*Ingredients list mentioned
*Deeply nourishing

Cons of Indus Valley Hair Ultima Spa:

*Only available online

Will I purchase it?

Yes. My mom swears by this spa cream and we will definitely purchase it soon as we are about to finish off our current one.

Will I recommend it?

Overall, it is a great hair product and I highly recommend it to everyone out there who want to make their hair look pampered without being harsh on their pockets.

Is it worth the money?

Yes. The result of this product is very promising, quick and satisfactory. For me, it is worth every single penny.

My Ratings: 5/5
