Hi Guys!! I hope you all are doing good..

Today I am going to review Fuschia Blush Face Mask with Rose & Calamine. I have always heard great reviews about Fuschia products and they were in my wishlist as well.. This is my first time I have finally got my hands on their products…

It is brand dedicated to natural, handmade and eco-friendly skincare products. I, being a skincare enthusiast, am always looking forward to trying newer, affordable and effective brands to pamper my problematic skin.

I am a face masks lover: be it readymade or homemade. I really really enjoy how my skin looks after I have put on a mask. I think everyone loves what a face mask does for their skin. It not only cleans the skin but also detoxifies and tones it.

Well, with so much competition these days, there are thousands of face masks flooded in the market. Not every product works for everyone and therefore, reviews come in really handy. If you are interested in knowing how this product worked for me, then please keep on reading this post till the end.

Product Description: Each of the variants is enriched with different natural active ingredients which impart them their unique properties.

*Meant for Cleansing and Toning Purposes
*100% Handmade
*Not tested on animals
*Suitable for vegetarians
*100% Natural
*GMP and ISO Certified

Directions of Usage: Use this mask once or twice a week. Apply a layer of this mask evenly over your skin and then relax for 15-20 minutes. Once dry, rinse with plain water.

Ingredients: Rose Water, Kaolin Light, China Clay, Calamine Powder, Glycerin, Aloe Vera, Bentonite Powder, Vitamin E

Cost: Rs. 450 for 100 gm

Shelf Life: 24 months

Availability: Fuschia Official Website, Amazon, Engrave, Flipkart

Packaging: This face mask comes in a transparent, plastic tub with a silver colored, metallic screw cap. It does not have any lid inside to keep the product away from spilling and messing with the cap. The name of the product and ingredients list is mentioned at the top of the cap while some other product details are mentioned at the bottom.

The screw cap locks properly making the packaging sturdy, however I personally don’t like tubs because they are unhygienic. As I always say, there should at least be a saptula to scoop the product out.

Smell: Mild, Identical to rose and calamine

Texture and Consistency: This face mask is pale pink in color, creamy in texture and quite thick in consistency which makes it perfect for travelling purposes..

My Experience:

This review is based upon my oily, acne prone and sensitive skin. I love the very mild, rosy smell of this mask with a slight hint of calamine in it which makes it good for people having sensitive noses out there. The smooth texture, though creamy feels like a mixture of clays and powders in it.

Since it comes in a tub packaging, I use a spatula to take some product on my fingers and apply an even layer on my face. Then I lie down and relax for 15-20 minutes until it dries. As it is very very thick and creamy in texture, I prefer using my fingers for application rather than a brush to avoid product wastage.

It’s consistency is thick but spreads very smoothly on the skin, just like butter. It makes the skin feel soothed and calm as it leaves a very slight cooling sensation after application. It doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin at all and makes me feel refreshed.

It dries quickly but I let it be there for around 15 miutes and then rinse my face with plain water. It does not get dry like Fuller’s Earth mask and gets very creamy when I try to rinse it off. So, I wet my face and give it a good massage which makes it a three step process: cleansing, massaging and masking.

This mask not only cleans the skin but also tones it giving it a plump look. It makes the skin feel very soft, rosy and smooth. It does not make the face feel dry or strectchy as well. All the ingredients present inside it are very calming and gentle on the skin. It is perfect for summers but I enjoy it in winters as well.

It makes the skin look cleaner, brighter and party ready. I really like to apply it whenever I have a night out because I love that soft, smooth and rosy feel. It does all the good things to the face having a very gentle formulation and also helps in controlling exces oil secretion for around four hours.

I have been using it twice a week since three weeks and I still have a lot of product left which makes it a good investment. You may find it pricey but the quantity is going to last you quite long because only a little amount of product is required for an even, thick layer applicaiton.

Cons of Fuschia Blush Face Mask (Rose & Calamine):

*Unhygienic tub packaging

Will I purchase it?
Yes. I am really satisfied and happy with my experience with this face mask, so I’d love to buy it’s full sized product for me and my mom’s regular usage. We love it when our skin feels soft and plump.

Will I recommend it?
Yes. I’ll definitely recommend it to you if you have the same skin type as me, looking for an affordable and value for money face mask that not only cleans the skin but also calms it down and makes it look bright and healthy.

Is it worth the money?
Yes. It is a cruelty free face mask which does it’s job wonderfully without requiring a lot of product.

My Ratings: 5/5

Final Verdict: Overall, it is a very nice and gentle face mask, especially for oily skin. It doesn’t make the skin dry at all and gives an instant brightening effect. It does not irritate the skin and calms it down instead.

It is free from all harmful chemicals, has a gentle formulation, spreads easily and makes the skin soft, smooth and supple. A very little amount of product is required per application and the effects are amazing which makes it fully worth the price.
