Hi Guys! I hope you all are doing good..

Today I am going to review another product from Zenith Nutrition and it is their Ginkgo Biloba Dietary Supplement. I reviewed Zenith Slim Shake for a healthy an tasty weight control yesterday, so don’t forget to check it out as well.

This is the first time I am reviewing any kind of dietary supplement on this blog. In today’s world, half of what we eat is impure and does not provide enough nutrition to our body as required.

Supplements are not any kind of medication. They actually help our body in absorbing nutrients and increase their quantity to a required level. They fulfil the lack of nutrients which our body has and come in a lot of forms such as tablets, capsules, powders etc.

They are beneficial for our overall health but should not be taken as a substitute for medical advice, without research and need or more than the dosage adviced. Even if you are not diabetic or pregnant, you should consult your doctor whether you should consume them or not, in what dosage and what supplement is actually needed by your body to prevent any kind of side effects.

Zenith Nutrition Ginkgo Biloba Supplement comes in different dosages and in a pack of different capsules. The supplement I am going to be reviewing today is a 120 mg supplement in a pack of 120 Vegetarian Capsules. You can also get this supplement in a pack of 240 capsules.

If you are interested in knowing why Ginkgo Biloba is good for your body, how it performed on me, would I recommend it to you or not, what is it’s price and how often you should consume it, then please keep on reading this post till the end.

Benefits of Ginkgo Biloba Dietary Supplement:

Ginkgo biloba shows most promise as a circulatory aid, helping to increase blood flow to the brain which may be useful for memory loss, vertigo, tinnitus, disorientation, headaches, and depression, especially in the elderly and the elderly not responding to antidepressant drugs. Increasing amounts of evidence show that ginkgo may indeed help to relieve cerebral insufficiency, which is defined as a decrease in blood supply to the brain.

My Experience:

With increasing chaos in my life due to my examinations, wedding and work, I am often half dead at night. I literally can’t even sit because usually my back is paining badly after having a long day managing things.

Due to my hectic routine over the past two months, I had been getting severe headaches and I knew it was not good for my health. You guys also know how bad my acne can get by stress and work load.

I got this supplement at the right time when I needed it the most. I started consuming it daily at night and now that I am sharing my experience with you, let me tell you that I have been consuming it daily for around one month now.

Since this is not a medication, it did not eliminate my headache in just three or four days but it helped decrease it after around ten days. I have been continuously consuming it now as well to improve blood circulation in my body which will keep stress away from me in my examinations.

I feel more energetic nowadays even after having a very busy schedule. I don’t feel as fatigued and tired as I used to. This supplement is packaged in High Density Polyethylene bottle which keeps moisture vapor out, protecting the freshness and integrity of their contents.

I have also noticed that it has purified my blood as I am not getting acne as frequently as I often used to. It has not given me any single side effect and I will continue to consume it to avail maximum benefits out of it for my skin, hair and brain.
